Kern Secret Witness is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against the suspect(s) involved in the following investigation:

On February 23, 2018, Delano Police officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 900 block of Belmont Street. Upon arrival, officers found Saul Vaca (21 yo) who had been shot. Vaca was transported to Delano Regional Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
