Kern Secret Witness is offering a reward of up to $40,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against the suspect(s) involved in the following investigation:

On July 2, 2020, Delano Police officers were dispatched to a shooting in the 2100 block of Oleander Street. Upon arrival, officers found several victims, including Elayna Saidee Dorig (12 yo) and Makeliah Rayann Osorno (11 yo), who had been shot during a family gathering. Sadly, both girls died from their injuries.
