Kern Secret Witness is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against the suspect(s) involved in the following investigation:

On August 27, 2019 the Kern County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into the murder of Miguel Ibarra Lopez. Lopez was shot and killed in the 2300 block of Camellia Street in Wasco, CA.
