The Secret Witness Program is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against the suspect(s) involved in the following investigation:
On October 28, 2019, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into the murder of 55-year-old Jose Ascension Garcia. Garcia had been shot and killed in the south alley of the 800 block of Highway 46 in Wasco, CA.
