Jessica Martinez - 1990

The Secret Witness Program is offering a reward of up to $10,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against the suspect(s) involved in the following investigation:

On May 10, 1990, four-year-old Jessica Martinez was last seen outside of the apartment where she was living at 5000 Belle Terrace. 11 days later, her body was found in a field, south of Bakersfield.
