Kern Secret Witness is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against the suspect(s) involved in the following investigation:

On January 31, 2020, Delano Police officers responded to a shooting near County Line Road and Hiett Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Adam Rene Guillen (21 yo) suffering from gunshot wounds. Guillen was transported to Delano Regional Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
