The Secret Witness Program is offering a reward of up to $5000.00 for information that leads to an arrest the following homicide cold case being investigated by the Bakersfield Police Department:
On Tuesday, July 16, 2002, Pamela Gale Evans 48 was found murdered on the train tracks south of the 2000 block of Potomac Street.
Anyone in the community who has information regarding this case is encouraged to call the police even if they believe the information is unimportant or that it was already provided by someone else.
